Holly’s Passion For Holistic Wellbeing

Holly’s love for naturopathy is driven by a profound respect for the body’s innate
wisdom and its ability to restore balance and well-being. Holly’s lifelong fascinationIMG_4502
with the mind-body-spirit connection led her to pursue a yoga teacher training at the
age of 19. Studying anatomy, physiology and philosophy in depth for the first time
solidified her interest in natural wellbeing. But it wasn’t until Holly discovered
Naturopathy that she understood the body’s true potential. Naturopathy is a perfect
blend of traditional wisdom and modern clinical research and has provided the basis
for Holly’s own self-healing journey. Having lived with endometriosis Holly has
personal experience with looking for answers and solutions to assist with chronic
pain; and can empathise with the stress, anxiety and frustration that can often
accompany that. It is Holly’s mission to be the person to make you feel seen and
heard and ensure you aren’t tackling this alone.

Holly pursued a 4-year Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy at Torrens
University Brisbane with a dual major in Western Herbal Medicine and Clinical
Nutrition. Holly had the pleasure of observing many industry leaders in practice and
had the opportunity to partake in various internships in alignment with her studies.
Holly went on to practice in a student led clinic in the heart of Brisbane CBD for a
year while conducting further study in functional nutrition and public health
entrepreneurship, with a focus on public health fundraising and mission trips in
support of overseas charitable organisations. Holly was selected as one of few
candidates to participate in the Australian Government New Colombo Plan initiative,
aimed at fostering connections and personally delivering resources to hospitals in
Nepal. Besides Holly’s formal education, throughout her studies she has explored
several healing modalities including Yoga, Reiki, Flower essence therapy, Sound
healing and most recently Holotropic Breathwork. Holly is equally as enthusiastic
about Holotropic Breathwork, recognizing its significant benefits for mental health
and trauma. An offering Holly plans to introduce in future. If you feel the call to
optimise your health with the power of natural medicine Holly is the one to call.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy also known as Medical Herbalism here in the UK is one of the oldest forms of medicine known to man. The roots of natural medicine go back for centuries but modern science has helped us to even better understand the magic of healing plants. Not only does naturopathy include herbal medicine, in our consultations there is a heavy focus on nutritional and dietary medicine as well as lifestyle medicine.

Ultimately my goal is to gain a holistic picture and find the root cause of what is going on for you!

Not only is this medicine rooted in traditional wisdom but it’s also heavily backed and dependent upon up-to-date scientific evidence.

What happens in a Consult?

Our extensive consultations allow me to gather a holistic 360° perspective on what is going on in your body. During our consultations we will go through each of the body systems, lifestyle information, family history and much more. This allows me to outline a comprehensive treatment plan and dispense a bespoke herbal formula specific to your needs. If needed referrals for testing or different modalities may be recommended.
